I’m in a season of reflection – for myself and my business.
As I’m turning 50 this year, I’m beginning to look at things.. well, a little differently, my friends!

It’s time for me to STEP UP and STEP OUT!
What am I working on?
- Boundaries!
- Raising my rates – why? Because I’m worth it (and so are you, friend!)
- I’m learning new things. Every.single.day! New technology and new methods.
- Some days I love it, and some days it makes me want to cry (seriously. I bet you’ve been there, too!).
- I’m joining more coaching groups (yes, I am!!)
- Traveling
- Hosting my Inner Circle gals again!
Why? Because I want to step ALL THE WAY into my God-given uniqueness and magnificence!
Girl, we are exceptional and we are gifted!
We have expertise and wisdom to offer.
Just look in the mirror and see. You are irreplaceable. You are brave, you are bold.
It’s SO freeing to jump up and own your stage and your time on the microphone.
Maybe even do a little song… Or a little booty shake. *Which I’ve been known to do at previous conferences and on various dance floors* (back when I was still drinking, of course!).
And find the people that bring the best you out of you!
Then step into it…..
