MY APPROACH

I bring a unique combination of:

22+ years in coaching, facilitation, and leadership development
A background in counseling and group dynamics with my Masters in Education and 5 years working in the Behavioral Health Department of a medical center.
Deep experience leading masterminds and high-level conversations for 12 years and counting

In 2010, I was 37 years old. I founded the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs from a tiny office in Wichita Falls Texas. 165 women joined the first year. I sold it in 2017. The association is still going strong.
