Masterminds
Then I connect with a colleague from my mastermind that I am a member of!~~ for updates, sharing and ideas. A friend chat with laughter and some venting!! haha. She will be drinking tea in Ireland~ I got to have coffee with her there this past summer on my trip!! LOVED IT!!
After that, I’ll go over to the mastermind I joined in February. It was a HUGE leap. Not the biggest investment I have ever made in me but the 2nd highest. Scary and Brave… both of them.
This group of 12 men and women have walked by my side as I have created things, ended things, cried, celebrated. We ask, we listen, we learn. We gather in person and on telegram and zoom. We deep dive. Some of us pray for one another.
The entire first hour of this group is all of us sharing our WINS. IT is amazing how many notes I take and how much I learn from this part of our twice a month meetings…. so juicy!!
Then we go into HOTSEATS! Sometimes I ask for one, sometimes I don’t. People ask about programs, pricing, offers, team, tech, next right steps…. we each share ideas and then the person gets to ponder and choose or NOT TAKE ANY OF IT!!
Each time I leave… I am in awe. Inspired. Grateful.
Holding Space
So much wisdom. Often I feel “small” in this group but that is my own old fears and thinking. I am totally BIG in this group. I bring my own set of experience, wisdom, training, degrees and life lessons. They do too. No one is better than me. We all have a seat at the table and are “qualified” to be there.
We hold space for each other.
We believe.
We allow.
This is why I love masterminds.
I created my first one in 2015 on a wing and a prayer. For a year. We coached, travelled, cried, learned…. did all of the things. So I have been hosting my own for a long long time. IT has had a variety of names, lengths, members.
Currently I have the Inspired Business Inner Circle with 12 women. You just saw 5 of us gather at my home.
