Braver Together MM Feature Cindy

Have you thought about joining a mastermind, but you don’t know if it’s for you or you’re not sure what it’s all about? I’d love to introduce you to some of my members. Meet Cindy Hatella, who is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who owns a wood-fired pizza business and is a Shaklee Ambassador!

What’s your business, Cindy, and who are your customers?

I own and operate a wood-fired pizza business with my husband servicing customers at local farmer’s markets, music festivals and a variety of local events. We also cater weddings and graduations in season here in Wisconsin. I am also a Shaklee Ambassador providing to the customer, access to beyond organic health and nutrition products to individuals wanting to create a healthier home environment and a healthier body.

What’s one business tip that you use in your business that you would like to share with our readers?

Building relationships with customers is important. Get to know their names and be interested in their lives.

Why did you decide that you were ready to join the Braver Together Mastermind and what would you say about it to those who are considering joining?

I decided to join Braver Together Mastermind because I want to be part of a community of like-minded women who support and encourage one another in our faith and in our businesses. If you want to reach goals or create new ideas for moving your business forward, I highly recommend the Braver Together Mastermind. It is a dynamic group of women with varied interests and businesses who are foward thinking and desire to make a difference in our world. I am so honored to be a part of this amazing group of women.

What’s one of the bravest things you have ever done in your life? It might not have anything to do with business.

I said yes to being co-owner of a mobile pizza business! 🙂 Took a two-three week trip with my kids following a difficult divorce. It gave me and my kids a boost of courage that was so needed at that time. I hiked the Grand Canyon in one day, 24 miles total, with the Rim to Him group that is part of the Revelation Wellness Ministry. I trained as a fitness instructor with Revelation Wellness.

What is a BRAVE business challenge you have overcome or a pivot you have made that would could help inspire other women?

God has been helping me make many mindset shifts. About two years ago, in a desperate time of prayer and crying out to God, the Holy Spirit revealed to me a “spirit of rejection” and as I have been processing through it all since that time, He revealed to me that I have been living in an identity of rejection. My pivot based on that revelation is that I am living out of my identity in Christ, and I am a child of God loved and chosen by Him to live out the purpose and plans He has prepared for me.

Share a favorite quote or scripture that you love!

For we are God’s workmanship [masterpiece} created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10

Is there anything else I should know?

Working with you has been and is a blessing, Diane! Not sure why I waited this long…but the former money mindset has much to do with it I’m sure (still work to do on that . Thank you for always cheering me and everyone on in our Mastermind! You honor y e other groups I am a part of to bring me to the person He created me to be. Thanks for being a part of my “transformation” and for letting me be me. This is all truly humbling. Better not include this in the podcast or there might be tears spilling everywhere. LOL I am really grateful God brought me to a place where I’m willing to be uncomfortable. 🙂
