Half-way to my goal!

Today is day 37 of my 75 hard journey. So as of today at half way through the day I am half-way. Not sure what I am talking about? Go read my first blog! HERE
37 things. Tips, ahas, reckonings.
- Mindset is the key. Some days are fun and easy. Some days aren’t. Oh well. Carry on!

- Epson salts. I take a bath every night using them. This is important.
- Walking in the rain won’t kill you and can actually be FUN
- Food is confusing…keep sorting it out, day by day. Tweak. Adjust. Keep learning and listening.
- Find a group and engage there. I am in a great women’s only Facebook group for this challenge.
- I am stronger than I think I am… EVERY SINGLE DAY!
- I can drink a gallon of water and still fit in a few other drinks each day.
- Stay close to the bathroom. See #8.
- Sleep is crucial.
- I love to read. I always have and always will.
- Let it be easy. Learning this again and again.
- The scale is ridiculous (don’t get on it)
- Muscle is growing. It takes time.
- Hunger and fullness are ongoing life lessons when you have ignored both for 30 years
- I love my airpod pros.
- Checking things off lists is magically helpful.
- My home gym is growing
- Hoka shoes are just what everyone said they were… Phenomenal! Like clouds and support got married.
- Water. Again… number 8 and 9. I just carry around a half-gallon jug of water now.
- Protein. Eat more of it. Learn to eat it in new ways.
- I’m a fast walker.
- They sell cute hats at Walmart for $4.97 or 7.97. Get them!
- I’m amazing. I’m committed. I am a woman on a mission.
- Just get out the door. Before you think too much about it.
- My heated massage chair thingy was a great amazon purchase. Glad I bought it last June on a whim.
- I can inspired others just by showing up and telling my story daily.
- Just because I can’t run anymore related to my back injury and herniated disc, does not mean I can’t do other challenging things.

- This challenge is reminding me of the first few days and weeks of my sobriety journey.

- Just do the next right thing. Which most likely means more water or a workout. LOL
- Time. I was already adept at getting a lot done. That has multiplied exponentially.
- If in doubt, go back to basics. Eat God food. Go outside and walk. It can be that simple.
- Keep on keeping on sister!!! You are rocking this~~
