I’m Diane Cunningham Ellis.

I mentor women of faith as they rewrite the rules, break free from expectations and create businesses that scale with purpose, courage and clarity—without sacrificing their values, their integrity or their sanity. 

But I’m not your typical business coach.  

I don’t play by the “rules,” and I don’t believe you should either. You don’t need more templates, cookie-cutter strategies or outdated formulas.

What you need is to get unfiltered, bold, and unapologetic about your vision. And that’s where I come in.

But in spite of that, since 2004, I have bravely created:

I have learned the way I teach, by taking action.  By being creative. By stepping into my BRAVE.

But still… I felt constricted, muted and frustrated. 

Then one day, I decided enough was enough.  (After a giant meltdown on a zoom mastermind call with my friends and colleagues) 

I stopped trying to be liked by everyone, and I started focusing on being ME—unfiltered, unstoppable, and unapologetically brave. I leaned into my God-given strengths and created a business that aligns with my values, allows me to serve others, and gives me the freedom I once only dreamed of.

Now, I’m on a mission to help other women do the same.

My Mission is to help you to own your MAGNIFICENCE, because I know it’s within you.

I coach high-achieving Christian women leaders and entrepreneurs who are ready to evolve—women who want more than incremental growth. You’re not here to hustle harder. You’re here to get crystal clear on your calling and execute with courageous, faith-filled action.

I don’t believe in fluff. I don’t believe in “one-size-fits-all” solutions. And I certainly don’t believe that business growth requires you to sacrifice your soul, your sanity, or your faith. My approach is practical, intuitive, and spiritually grounded in what God has called you to do.

• Track Record of Success: For 25 years, I have been an entrepreneur serving women first as a therapist then a coach, then the Founder of the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs. I sold NACWE in 2017 and went back to my true calling as a COACH. Since 2011, women have travelled from all over the world to meet with me at events, masterminds and conferences and they keep coming back year after year.
• Unapologetic Honesty: My 11 years of sober living keeps me immersed in truth-telling, vulnerability and surrender. I am not going to hold back when we work together.
• Courageous Action: Most coaches don’t make it for the long-haul..but I have. With bold implementation I have pivoted and remain in the top 10% of coaches worldwide in revenue. I often coach women who earn way more than I do because they want more freedom, courage and ease.
